Monday, April 18, 2005Collection Update... Cameo Memories Plates!
Boy, was this an exciting find! I was fortunate enough to find the complete Cameo Memories 8 plate set from the Bradford Exchange on Ebay, for get this, $100! I have been watching these for a while and have seen individual plates from this series go for $60 a piece or even more. Recently another complete set went for almost $600! Just goes to show....keep your eyes peeled and you never know what you will find with a little patience. Happy Hunting!

Doll Collection Update
I know, it has been a while, but I have been shopping up a storm! My newest addition to my Franklin Mint porcelain Scarlett collection is the "Shame" dress doll. I am so excited to finally get her, as I have wanted her since she first came out (I was a bit young then, being only a pre-teen!). She was absolutely worth the wait and the price couldn't be beat...only $53 on Ebay! And she was in great condition...I wouldn't have know she was ever displayed if the seller didn't specify. Now if only I could find a bride for that price....(sigh)...

Thursday, January 27, 2005Franklin Mint Scarlett Dolls- Collection Update!
I am awaiting delivery on my newest addition to my FM porcelain Scarlett collection...it's Scarlett in the 'Prayer Dress' (seen in the opening scene of the movie and in the scene when Scarlett is saying her prayers with the family). To see a picture of her, click here.

My passion for the graphic arts and illustration began as early as high school in a specialized commercial art program. As graduate of the Pennsylvania College of Technology, I earned a degree in Advertising Art.
